![]() On top of all this when I search YouTube for Diablo Immortal content (guides, etc.) I'm inundated with negative videos by channels I've specifically asked YouTube to not recommend to me (Asmongold, YongYeh etc.). Excitement! I log in to find that the game tells me my CR is too low. Then after 4 weeks we finally get new content with a new raid boss. Why would a dev choose to penalise those who play the game the most? Even if they just left it at 100% I'd still grind, but at 50% it just makes me want to log off for a few days. I'm all for the huge XP boost you get if you're below the server Paragon Level, but the XP percentage penalisation for being ahead of the server Paragon Level is harsh. I'm still below Combat Rating 1800 and I'm stuck on Challenge Rift 55. I've manipulated the market with 2 alts (both currently at P20) to upgrade my Legendary Gems up as much as I can. I'm at Paragon Level 72 now and gotten all my main gear to Rank 10. I joined a super active and competitive clan which has an active Discord and some really nice people that I get along with (all ages but a fair few people between 30's-50's).Īs a mostly F2P player (I bought the Battle Pass) I've largely no-life'd the game. This is just personal, but I felt better being able to say I am completely F2P than a little P2W. When I finished the MSQ and got to level 60 I decided to buy the Battle Pass (mainly for the ornaments) and I instantly regretted it. The main story quest was fun, needing to grind extra levels in order to continue the story at parts wasn't so annoying for me as I've had to do that in many other games I've played in the past. I was truly enjoying a completely F2P experience with Diablo Immortal (my first ever Blizzard game). ![]()
